What is your return policy?

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Tell us on which items you would like to return.

2. We will email you the address where you can return your bag/bottle(s).

3. We will initiate your refund within 48 business hours of receiving your package.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for your product. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed. (1 bag/bottle of each flavor is allowed)

***This refund policy applies to orders placed on Natrela.com only and it is subject to change without notice.

What to do if my order is damaged upon arrival?

1. Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt, even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away.

2. Write down and photograph any visible damage: box crushed, torn, creased, or other circumstances about the delivery.

3. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and notify our customer service department immediately. Once your notification of damage is received you will receive a hassle-free replacement!

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:

  • Contest winnings Promotional & Discounted Items.
  • All third-party retail brick-and-mortar or online purchases of Natrela Products (except for purchases from Natrela.com directly) must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.
  • Natrela withholds the right to refuse excessive return order requests.
